Sectional sofa, beautiful indoor/outdoor living 60" TV with over 200 channels Dining seats 8 inside, including bar stools for the breakfast counter. Rooftop Patio/dining bbq for 11+ outside on the rooftop, front patio, Jacuzzi. Rooftop patio on the second half of the house w/ outdoor dining and Barbeque. Jacuzzi on both decks.
2 full Kitchens: Top-of-the-line appliances, fully stocked with utensils, dishes, blender, and cookware including crockpot, stove, oven, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Guests provide all their food, drinks, spices, and condiments.

LOCATION: Newport Beach is as good as it gets! It has an atmosphere of its own! All of our homes are a short walk to the beach, world-class surfing, and boating. Wake up to the sparkling sunshine and magic of Newport Beach! Easy day excursions to Disneyland (20 minutes away), Universal Studios, Legoland and more! World-class shopping at South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island is 10 minutes away World-class golfing at Pelican Hill is 10 minutes away! Get the ultimate beach experience in minutes you're on the beach! A Pavilions the store is two minutes away! A playground on the bay is down the street! Great for kids with Disneyland so close you can experience both of the happiest places on earth in one day! Fine steak, Italian, sushi bars, and restaurants along with a doughnut shop, coffee house/bagel shop, fast food, and dive shop are down the street! Newport Pier with 20 plus restaurants is a 10-minute bike ride (4 bikes included) or a 20-minute walk along the oceanfront boardwalk! Walk or jog along miles of uninterrupted coastline. This is a fa
endly property. Sandy Shores Property management staffing will be available 24 hours a day. Newport Beach is one of the best oceanside towns in Southern California. The sun always seems to be shining! There are also some great restaurants nearby. Mama D's, The Cannery, and The Crab Cooker (to name a few) are all super close! This is a very safe neighborhood. You are also just a few minutes from fabulous shopping at Fashion Island. If the waves are calling, the world-famous surf spot "The Wedge" is not far. Centrally located to so many attractions!! Disneyland is 25 minutes away! South Coast Plaza for world-class shopping is 10 min, away. Pelican Hill Golf Resort for world-class golfing is 10 minutes away! Catalina Flyer is 5 minutes away. Jump on board and take a 45-minute cruise to the enchanting Catalina Island. Book a whale watching trip!! In the same location, there are fishing charters to go on half or full-day trips. Bring back your catch and grill it on your patio! For a romantic charm, rent a gondola to float through the Newport harbor, or take a sunset cruise through the harbor. Hollywood and Universal Studios are 1 hour away! "Most of the visitors use bikes to get around Newport Beach as you will see bikes all over town. You will be enjoying the atmosphere/ temperature as you ride your bike! This is a great location just down the street is a grocery store and multiple restaurants. This location is a place where you can walk out your front door and down the street to swim with dolphins or go paddle board in the marina. Everything you need is within biking or walking distance. Some guests don't even rent a car! Two bikes come with the rental if you need extra bikes, you can rent them from -- RICHS BIKE RENTALS will deliver and pick up free. There is also a public bus stop right down the street from the rental.
