A park is located just down the street, there are public restrooms and basketball courts. Soak up the atmosphere and comfortable charm of this Beach Escape. Stay with us here in Newport Beach, Bask in the sun, and then take a break. The house is stocked with all the comforts of home. Parking in front. Street parking is free in the surrounding area.

LIVING/DINING AREA: WiFi throughout the house and patio sofas and loveseat " Smart TV Netflix enabled to use your Netflix account and over 200 channels including ESPN and Disney! Dining seats 6 inside, and dining for 4 outside

KITCHEN: Refrigerator Dishwasher, fully stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware, crock pot, and blender, stove, oven, and microwave. 12-cup coffee pot with filters Guests provide all their food, drinks, spices, and condiments.

BEDROOMS: Bedroom #1- The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 42" TV with over 200 channels including ESPN and Disney! Bedroom #2- 1 Queen bed. Bedroom #3 1 Full bed and Bunk bed set. BATHROOMS: Bathroom #1- Full bathroom with shower, sink toilet and blow dryer! Bathroom #2- Full bathroom shower, sink toilet and blow dryer!

OUTDOOR LIVING: Private patio with umbrella Patio table with seating for 4 Propane barbecue LAUNDRY: Washer/Dryer in garage
LINENS: Linens, towels, and beach towels are provided all year round.
PARKING: One parking space for free with the rental of this beach house
RECREATIONAL GEAR: boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and ice chests Free Pack N Play available upon request Additional bikes can be rented from our property managers and delivered to your door!

Check in at 3pm Check out at 10am.
We are available to all our guests 24 hours a day. We greet you at the house and help with all your needs while at the beach house. We always respect your privacy.

ADDITIONAL RULES - Must be 25+ Years old to Rent - No Pets - No Smoking - No Parties/Unauthorized gatherings -Tenants are responsible for all penalties and fines incurred during their stay including but not limited to Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 5.95.020 regarding Occupancy and Municipal Code Section 5.95.050 (A) regarding Disturbing the Peace. -Tenants will also be held responsible for loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit
