Welcome to our newly renovated 2-story, 3-bedroom 2-bath with included parking and central AC
The Second floor is the primary living space, which includes the living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as a bedroom with a king size bed.  
The downstairs has two bedrooms each with a queen bed and a shared bathroom.

 Smart TVs, WiFi, BBQ, Washer and dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Outdoor Shower 2 Bicycles, and Boogie Boards are just some of the included amenities 

This home is in a quiet neighborhood between the Newport /Balboa Piers.
located on 10th Street just a quick walk from the Balboa Pier, Fun Zone, & Ferry with Volleyball Courts and firepits, you are never more than a few minutes away from the action! You can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula from our home. With more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, boat/jet ski rentals, etc. within a 2-15 minute walk, you will always have something exciting to do.

Everything you need is within biking or walking distance. Some guests don't even rent a car! Two bikes are included with the rental.

If additional bikes/E-bikes, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards  are needed, you can rent them from -- RICHS BIKE RENTALS  which can be delivered and picked up for free.

ADDITIONAL RULES - Must be 25+ Years old to Rent - No Pets - No Smoking - No Parties/Unauthorized gatherings -Tenants are responsible for all penalties and fines incurred during their stay including but not limited to Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 5.95.020 regarding Occupancy and Municipal Code Section 5.95.050 (A) regarding Disturbing the Peace. -Tenants will also be held responsible for loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

We are available to all our guests 24 hours a day. We greet you at the house and help with all your needs while at the beach house. We always respect your privacy.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Do not exceed the maximum number of 6 occupants
There is a $50 per day charge for any visitors not listed on the rental agreement and/or exceeding the pre arranged guests paid prior to arrival

The (rental agreement) is required of you to complete the reservation. The rental agreement will be emailed to you from Sandy Shores Property Management for your review. A signed rental agreement with a copy of your ID will be required to complete the reservation. If you would like to view the rental agreement before making a reservation, please let us know.
