LIVING/DINING AREA: WiFi throughout the house and patio sofas and loveseat " Smart TV in several rooms with all the enabled apps to use your Netflix/ HULU and YOUTUBE TV accounts Dining table inside, and dining outside. 

KITCHEN: KitchenAid appliances Refrigerator, Dishwasher. Fully stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware, crock pot, blender, stove, oven, and microwave. For coffee connoisseurs, Delonghi coffee pot. Guests provide all their food, drinks, spices, and condiments 

BEDROOMS: Bedroom#1- The main bedroom has a king-size bed Large SmartTV, Ensuite Bedroom #2- 1 Queen bed also has a Smart television in this room. Bedroom #3 1 Full-size bottom bunk bed and top twin bunk bed (total 3 people) in the room. 

OUTDOOR LIVING: Private patio with a covered Patio table with seating for 6 natural gas barbecue

LAUNDRY: Washer/Dryer in the hall.

LINENS: Linens, towels, and beach towels are provided all year round.

PARKING: One parking space for free with the rental of this beach house.

RECREATIONAL GEAR: 2 bikes provided boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and ice chests. Free Pack N Play/ high chair available upon request. Additional bikes can be rented from our property managers and delivered to your door!

We are available to all our guests 24 hours a day. We greet you at the house and help with all your needs while at the beach house. We always respect your privacy.
