This beach is a Luxurious beach house on the Newport Beach Peninsula. Just right for a refreshing beach getaway. A quick walk to the beach which dolphins visit daily! THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY There is no smoking (including vapor cigarettes or cannabis) in the house or anywhere on the property including the garage, behind the garage, front sidewalk, or alley.
NOISE: No loud music or voices between 10 PM and 9 AM. **Neighbors of the property live there full-time, neighbors have to work, even on weekends. Please be considerate of TV or music after 10 p.m.
** Short Description This is the front 3 bedroom 4 bath and back house 3 bedroom 3 bath connected by a courtyard house. The house is located in the southern part of the Newport Beach peninsula. The unique location is home to several classic restaurants. There is a beach area across from the house so you can launch to Paddleboard or kayaking in the bay. A very quiet neighborhood and a more relaxed version of Newport Beach living, while still being within close proximity to all the action on the peninsula. Guest Access You will have full access to the whole front and back units- both garages.

Location Description Short walk to the beach! a block away is the Pavilions Grocery market. Centrally located to so many attractions!! Disneyland is 25 minutes away! South Coast Plaza for world-class shopping is 10 min, away. Pelican Hill Golf Resort for world-class golfing is 10 minutes away! Catalina Flyer is 5 minutes away. Jump on board and take a 45-minute cruise to the enchanting Catalina Island. Book a whale watching trip!! In the same location, there are fishing charters to go on half or full-day trips. Bring back your catch and grill it on your rooftop patio! For a romantic charm, rent a gondola to float through the Newport harbor, or take a sunset cruise through the harbor. Hollywood and Universal Studios are 1 hour away! Getting Around Most of the visitors use bikes to get around Newport Beach as you will see bikes all over town. You will be enjoying the has an atmosphere/ temperature as you ride your bike! This is an absolutely great location just down the street is a grocery store and multiple restaurants. This location is a place where you can walk out your front door and down the street to swim with dolphins or go paddle board in the marina. Everything you need is within biking or walking distance.
