Oceanfront house is perfectly located for a family vacation on the NB peninsula. 6BD, 4BA, 2550 sq ft, 2-story home sleeps 14 and is located on the boardwalk.
One bedroom with a queen bed and A full bath is on the 1st floor.
5 bedrooms are upstairs. The master with a king bed/ full bath, and a bedroom 
2 twin beds share a view& balcony. 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each and at the end of the hall is a bedroom with 4 twin beds.
The hall has 2 full baths. 2-car garage 1 behind garage

Everything you need is within biking or walking distance. Some guests don't even rent a car! Two bikes are included with the rental.

If additional bikes/E-bikes, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards are needed, you can rent them from -- RICHS BIKE RENTALS which can be delivered and picked up for free.

ADDITIONAL RULES - Must be 25+ Years old to Rent - No Pets - No Smoking - No Parties/Unauthorized gatherings -Tenants are responsible for all penalties and fines incurred during their stay including but not limited to Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 5.95.020 regarding Occupancy and Municipal Code Section 5.95.050 (A) regarding Disturbing the Peace. -Tenants will also be held responsible for loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

We are available to all our guests 24 hours a day. We greet you at the house and help with all your needs while at the beach house. We always respect your privacy.
