The house is 2 houses away from the sand. A short bike ride to HB pier.
This one-of-a-kind house with a home theater that projects on the living room wall, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The outdoor space includes a firepit dining area, a rack to park bikes, sitting area to enjoy the evenings. The one parking space provided is behind the garage on the beachside.
This cottage is located on the first floor of the building, clean, tidy, and comfortable.
The beach house is located in a nice, quiet, and friendly neighborhood within walking or biking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach.
Disney and so many other Southern California attractions are a short drive from the house.
You have full access to the lower unit, front patio with a fire pit, outdoor patio sofa and chairs. Outdoor dining table and BBQ.
Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Private entrance. A home theater that projects on the living room wall. In front of the house Street parking is free. The one parking space provided is behind the garage on the beachside
Bikes/E-bikes, kayaks, and Stand-up
Paddleboards can be rented from our property managers and delivered to your door!

ADDITIONAL RULES - Must be 25+ Years old to Rent - No Pets - No Smoking - No Parties/Unauthorized gatherings -Tenants are responsible for all penalties and fines incurred during their stay including but not limited to Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 5.95.020 regarding Occupancy and Municipal Code Section 5.95.050 (A) regarding Disturbing the Peace. -Tenants will also be held responsible for loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

We are available to all our guests 24 hours a day. We greet you at the house and help with all your needs while at the beach house. We always respect your privacy.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Do not exceed the maximum number of 6 occupants
There is a $50 per day charge for any visitors not listed on the rental agreement and/or exceeding the pre arranged guests paid prior to arrival

The (rental agreement) is required of you to complete the reservation. The rental agreement will be emailed to you from Sandy Shores Property Management for your review.
