Everything you need is within biking or walking distance. Some guests don't even rent a car! Two bikes are included with the rental.

If additional bikes/E-bikes, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards are needed, you can rent them from -- RICHS BIKE RENTALS which can be delivered and picked up for free.

ADDITIONAL RULES - Must be 25+ Years old to Rent - No Pets - No Smoking - No Parties/Unauthorized gatherings -Tenants are responsible for all penalties and fines incurred during their stay including but not limited to Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 5.95.020 regarding Occupancy and Municipal Code Section 5.95.050 (A) regarding Disturbing the Peace. -Tenants will also be held responsible for loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
