You can even swim with dolphins or paddleboard in the marina right outside your door. With everything you need within walking or biking distance, many guests find they don’t even need a car. Two bikes are included with your rental, and if you require more, RICHS BIKE RENTALS offers free delivery and pick-up services. A public bus stop is conveniently located just down the street.

**Important Notes:** This is a family-friendly and smoke-free property.

**Cancellation Policy & Additional Rules:**
- Guests must be 25 years or older to rent. Newport Beach City Ordinance
- Pets allowed for stays in November and December 2024, subject to pet fee and pet deposit.
- No smoking or parties/unauthorized gatherings.
- Tenants are responsible for any penalties or fines incurred during their stay, including but not limited to Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 5.95.020 regarding occupancy and Section 5.95.050(A) regarding the disturbance of peace.
- Tenants will also be accountable for any loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the property’s city lodging permit.

**Rental Agreement:** Please review the required rental agreement that will be sent to you via email from Sandy Shores Property Management. A signed agreement and a copy of your ID are necessary to finalize your reservation. If you would like to preview the agreement before booking, just let us know!
