**Beautiful 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Home for Rent**

This lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is located just a short walk from Lido Marino Village, where you'll find some of the best restaurants within walking distance.

**Rental Information:**
- During the end of June, all of July, and the beginning of August, a 7-night stay is required with arrival and departure on Fridays.
- Enjoy a discount for stays of 7 nights or more throughout the year, excluding peak summer months.

**Reservation Policy:**
A signed rental agreement along with a copy of your ID will be required to complete your reservation. If you would like to view the rental agreement before making a reservation, please let us know.

There is a charge of $50 per day for any visitors not listed on the rental agreement and/or for exceeding 5 guests, to be paid prior to arrival. This is a family-friendly property.

**NON-SMOKING POLICY:**
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking (including vapor cigarettes or cannabis) is not permitted in the house or anywhere on the property, including the garage, behind the garage, front sidewalk, or alley.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
